Special Guide for Treatment on Spills

  • Step 1: Absorb Excess with sponge or towel. Do not rub – wipe and scoop. Rubbing leaves the area looking different and is not going to make a difference to getting the stain out.
  • Step 2: Place a damp towel over stain and press down to absorb moisture. Do not rub – do not use spotters or detergents from the supermarket as many will leave residues that will cause re-occurring stains and others contain bleaching agents that can damage your fibre and/or colour.
  • Step 3: If step 2 is unsuccessful, do not experiment. All stains are a chemical of one kind or another. Your stain may respond to a specific chemical. To find out, call 0427 158 895 number with your stain removal question.
